Questions about MySports Pro
How do the MySports One and MySports Pro differ?
“MySports One” is a channel that belongs to the “MySports” umbrella brand. Up to now, the channel has been available as “MySports 1” as part of the “MySports Pro” package. The “MySports One” channel shows the best sports entertainment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sports fans can secure access to several premium channels as part of the MySports Pro add-on option, which is subject to a fee, and enjoy the full sports package comprising ice hockey, football and motor sports via TV, Internet and mobile – at any time and anywhere. The MySports Day Ticket is available to everyone who does not have a subscription, but who wants to enjoy the entire MySports Pro package on individual days.
Where can I find the MySports schedule?
All of the information about the MySports schedule and more detailed game summaries and analysis can be found on mysports.ch.
On which channel slots and in how many languages will MySports be broadcast?
The basic channel, MySports Preview, will be broadcast on channel slot 9. All other sports channels can be found on channel slots 100 to 128. The languages are primarily German and French. Ice hockey games involving Ticino will also be broadcast and commentated in Italian.
How can I receive MySports?
MySports One and MySports Pro can be received by all UPC Digital TV customers with the following receivers:
- UPC TV Box
- Horizon HD Recorder
- Mediabox
- DigiCards
What does “MySports One” cost?
The Happy Home subscription price includes a channel-specific fee of CHF 5 for MySports One. Customers with a basic TV package (e.g. Internet, Mobile) can subscribe to MySports One for CHF 5/month and cancel it at the end of any month with 3 months’ notice.
Can I also book MySports Pro for just one day and not per month?
Yes, you can buy a day ticket for MySports Pro. You can do this either via your UPC TV Box (go to channel 98 or via the menu under "Apps" to MySports) or via the UPC TV Website.
Tip: During our "WOW promotion" you can watch My Sports Pro for 9 months at no extra charge (CHF 25.-/month after that) if you order it as a subscription (all information on this can be found on this page above).
Will my TV subscription also be cancelled if I cancel MySports Pro?
No, the two contracts are independent of each other. If you cancel MySports Pro, your TV subscription will continue with the regular minimum contract period.
Is there a minimum contract period with MySports Pro?
No, but a notice period of 3 months applies. You can cancel MySports Pro at any time, but with a notice period of 3 months from the end of the month.

Prerequisite for MySportsPro is a paid digital TV subscription from UPC, e.g. Happy Home 100 for CHF 89/mth. Subject to changes.

**MySports One: The Happy Home subscription price includes a channel-specific fee of CHF 5 for MySports One. Customers with an internet only or mobile subscription (with Basic TV) can subscribe to MySports One for CHF 5/month and cancel it at the end of any month with 3 months’ notice Subject to price and programme changes.
