The new Simply Digital team, formed in 2019, is transforming the journey of UPC's customers (Customer Journey) Firstly, by making it easier for customers to interact with UPC and; secondly, by optimising and simplifying the digital UPC channels. The goal is to further improve the customer journey and the experiences customers have with UPC.
