The new Simply Digital team, formed in 2019, is transforming the journey of UPC's customers (Customer Journey). Firstly, by making it easier for customers to interact with UPC and; secondly, by optimising and simplifying the digital UPC channels. The goal is to further improve the customer journey and the experiences customers have with UPC.

in a company that offers customers a personalised, intuitive and inspiring experience and offers employees a creative and agile working environment. It motivates me tremendously to come to our "Simply Digital" office every day and build the future UPC with the teams (in this case "squads")."
