Interview with your potential line manager: This meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and to discuss our mutual expectations. Who are you and why are we a good fit?

OnlineAssessment

Online assessment: You complete a personality assessment at home (and possibly also an ability test, depending on the position applied for). The results provide the basis for the second interview on our business premises.

Interview

Second interview: In a further interview with your potential line manager, you can discuss all unanswered questions. In the second part of the interview, you will discuss the results of the online assessment together with an expert from our People Management team and find out more about our attractive employee benefits. Depending on the position applied for, you may also complete a case study and have the opportunity to get to know the team.

CastingDay

Full-day Casting Day Junior: This day is about getting to know each other better and finding out whether we are a good match. Normally 20 to 25 candidates take part. There are two parts to our Casting Day Junior: In the morning, you will take part in exciting challenges. Show us what you’ve got to offer. After having lunch, you will have the opportunity to look backstage and see what an exciting work day is like in the training programme you are considering.

Feedback
