Recruitment

The direct route to your new job: Here, we will explain our transparent process to you – from your application to our job offer.

We will happily take the time to get to know you better, and to let you get to know us. It is very important to us that you are happy in our company – and know where you currently are in the recruitment process and what is ahead of you. The path to your new job is as follows:

  • You submit your online application via our recruitment platform.

  • Video interview: Depending on the position, you will receive an invitation to take part in a pre-recorded video interview.

  • Interview with your potential line manager: This meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and to discuss our mutual expectations. Who are you and why are we a good fit?

  • Online assessment: You complete a personality assessment at home (and possibly also an ability test, depending on the position applied for). The results provide the basis for the second interview on our business premises.

  • Second interview: In a further interview with your potential line manager, you can discuss all unanswered questions. In the second part of the interview, you will discuss the results of the online assessment together with an expert from our People Management team and find out more about our attractive employee benefits. Depending on the position applied for, you may also complete a case study and have the opportunity to get to know the team.

  • References: To complete our picture of you, we will request references at this point. Our tip: contact your references now.

  • Job offer: At the end of the successful recruitment process, we will make you an offer. We look forward to welcoming you to our company.

You invest a lot of time in your application. And so we promise that we will
contact you quickly after an interview and provide you with personal and
constructive feedback.

Recruitment process for our customer advisors

Are you applying for a position as a customer advisor? Then show us how you will impress our customers at one of our Casting Days. The path to your new job is as follows:

  • You submit your online application via our recruitment platform.

  • Video interview: We will invite you to take part in a pre-recorded video interview. You answer the questions with your PC or smartphone. Win us over with your confident manner and your smart answers.

  • Half- or full-day Casting Day: We look forward to getting to know you and 11-25 other applicants better. We are aware that the Casting Day can be a nerve-wracking experience for everyone taking part. And so it is important to us that you feel comfortable. Morning: We will put you in situations similar to those you will experience as a customer advisor – these include challenges such as our blind audition or the live performance. If you impress us, we will invite you to the recall, which will take place in the afternoon. All candidates who we say goodbye to at this point will receive personal and constructive feedback straight away. Afternoon: In the recall, you will have the opportunity to go backstage and take a look into the everyday life of our customer advisors. The final consists of an interview with your potential line manager.

  • References: After the Casting Day, we will request one to two references. Our tip: contact your references now.

  • Job offer: At the end of the successful recruitment process, we will make you an offer. We look forward to welcoming you to our company.
