General recruitment process

  • Video interview: Depending on the job you apply for, you may be interviewed by video before your first face-to-face interview.
  • First interview with your potential line manager to discuss mutual expectations and the qualifications required.
  • Online assessment (personality and aptitude tests, depending on role) as the basis for the second interview.
  • Second interview with your potential line manager for in-depth discussion and feedback on the online assessment with an expert from our People Management team. Depending on the position applied for, you may also complete a case study and meet the team.

Recruitment process for
customer advisors

Are you applying for a position as a customer advisor? Show us during our action-filled Casting Day why you want to become the voice of UPC:

  • Video interview: You answer three questions on your PC or smartphone.
  • Casting Day: Our two-part Casting Day with approx. 12 - 25 participants is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. In the morning, you will take part in various challenges, such as our blind audition or live performance. If you impress us, you will be put through to the second round that takes place in the afternoon. In the recall stage, you can take a look backstage and see how varied the everyday work of our customer advisors is. The finale of the Casting Day consists of an interview with your potential line manager.
