Do I myself have to be a customer in order to receive a reward?
No, our reward programme is aimed at anyone who wants to refer UPC.
I recently got a new customer to sign up with UPC. Why have I not yet received a reward?
As a rule, the reward is allocated six to eight weeks after activation (provision) of the product. The activation date is not identical to the date on which the e-mail confirming your successful referral is sent. The earliest the reward will be available in your UPC referrer portal for payment is at the beginning of the month following activation of the product. Please log in to your account and instruct us to pay the credit note. The reward will subsequently be transferred to the account specified by you, either in the current month or in the following month at the latest.
At my referral, a friend of mine concluded a UPC contract over the phone or at a specialist store. Will I receive a reward in this case?
Unfortunately not. The decisive factor in receiving a reward is that the new contract is concluded online.
How does my friend know if he can actually use the desired product?
Don’t worry, the order process is structured in such a way that your friend can only order the product if it is actually available to him.
