1. I already have Internet or Internet & TV from UPC. How can I switch to the new 1 Gbit/s Internet?

You can easily change your subscription online, in our shops or over the phone.

2. I am a new UPC customer. What do I have to do to get the Giga Connect Box?

Just order an Internet product with 1 Giga/s Internet speed and you will get the Giga Connect Box for free. Then cancel your contract with your current provider and we will take care of the rest.

3. How long will it take until I get my new product?

We normally send your parcel on the same day. Delivery is free, regardless of the delivery date.

4. Why can't I deselect the Internet product?

Internet is our basic product and is part of every subscription (except mobile subscriptions). For this reason you cannot deselect Internet. If you need Internet very rarely, choose the Internet product with the lowest speed.

Customers with an internet only or mobile subscription (with Basic TV) can subscribe to MySports One for CHF 5/month and cancel it at the end of any month with 3 months’ notice Subject to price and programme changes.
