The service quality is determined by the optical latency time and possible bit error rates. The average latency time is 1 ms per 200 km distance.

Supports modern gigabit technology

GigaClass Services includes the following connection types: Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel or SDH/SONET as well as bit-transparent connectivity.

Combine GigaClass Services and benefit

It is possible to combine several GigaClass Services of different connection types with the same fibre optic connection, such as Fiber Channel and Gigabit Ethernet. That saves money!

Maximum availability

With the option “Equipment and Path Protection” even the highest availability requirements can be met.

7 × 24: 24 hours a day / 365 days a year

Extended service levels

Select the appropriate option from four available service levels. Up to a maximum of 99.95% annual availability and max. 1 hour of downtime with a redundant connection.
