2. What is included with Mobile Unlimited?

Mobile Unlimited Europe:
You have unlimited data within Switzerland. Within the EU, further Internet usage after the 10 GB data have been used up is subject to a charge. Unlimited calls and texts within Switzerland. Unlimited calls within the EU country you are visiting plus outgoing to Switzerland and incoming inthe EU country you are visiting. The following month you will start with 10 GB data again within the EU. Unlimited texts from the EU country being visited to all Swiss networks. Calls from Switzerland to EU countries and outgoing calls between EU countries are not included.

Mobile Unlimited Swiss:
You have unlimited data within Switzerland. Unlimited calls and texts within Switzerland.

3. What is included with Mobile Flex?

Flex Europe:
Surf in CH and EU with the included 2 GB data. When the included data volume is used up, you can keep surfing with 1 GB data packages for CHF 10 each, up to a maximum amount of CHF 69 per month for unlimited surfing in Switzerland and up to 10 GB in the EU. The following month you start at CHF 29 again, including 2 GB within CH and EU. Unlimited calls and texts within Switzerland. Unlimited calls within the EU country being visited plus outgoing to Switzerland and incoming in the EU country being visited. Unlimited texts from the EU country being visited to all Swiss networks. Calls from Switzerland to EU countries and outgoing calls between EU countries are not included.

Flex Swiss:
Surf within Switzerland with the included 2 GB data. To benefit from the special price, a UPC Internet product with recurring monthly costs is required. For example, Connect 60 for CHF 59 / month. Activation fee CHF 99. Minimum contract period 12 months. Excludes Basic Internet. The special monthly price is valid for a maximum of 5 SIM cards per household. Offer valid until 20.08.2019. Subject to change.

6. How much does a SIM card for new customers cost?

The price for a SIM card is CHF 49. If you decide on an Unlimited subscription with a minimum contract period of 12 months, you will receive the SIM card free of charge.
