HOW DO YOU REACH US?
Sales outlets of telecommunications service providers are not affected by the new measures. We will keep our shops open at the regular opening hours to be there for you. Please inform yourself about the status of the individual shops and partner shops on our shop page.
Our support pages help you with questions about the Internet, TV, mobile, bills and cable connections. On the online customer portal My UPC, you can easily view your invoices, adjust subscriptions or report a move. If you have any questions regarding the payment of your bill, you can find our FAQs on payments here.
Our service technicians are still at your service. If you have an appointment with a technician, it will still take place. New appointments can also be made.
