INFORMATION ON THE CORONAVIRUS SITUATION
We are all currently in an exceptional situation. In a situation that is unknown, that creates uncertainty and at the same time demands a rethink and action from all of us. UPC would like to give you the best possible support during these weeks – you can rely on our giganet.
In accordance with the Federal Decree of 16 March, telecommunications service providers do not have to be closed, but there are local differences. We will keep our shops open wherever possible to be there for you. Please inform yourself about the status of the individual shops and partner shops on our shop page.
Our support pages help you with questions about the Internet, TV, mobile, bills and cable connections. On the online customer portal My UPC, you can easily view your invoices, adjust subscriptions or report a move. If you have any questions regarding the payment of your bill, you can find our FAQs on payments here.
Our service technicians are still at your service. If you have an appointment with a technician, it will still take place. New appointments can also be made.
You can rely on our Giganetwork. Even in the current difficult situation, we provide our customers with the best possible service. Thanks to our continuous investment in our network, our products and network capacity, we are equipped to offer all customers throughout Switzerland a stable and reliable connection of up to 1 Gigabit, even with the current increase in data volumes.

From Thursday 19 March 2020, UPC will be increasing its Internet speed to 100 Mbit/s for six weeks at no charge for all customers that currently have a subscription with less than 100 Mbit/s. The upgrade is performed automatically for all affected customers. So, thanks to a fast Internet connection during this challenging time, UPC customers can use the Internet without a care with their entire family, work from home, watch TV or make video calls.
Children in Switzerland are not going to school, but their activities outside and with friends are very limited. In order to offer them a wider range of entertainment, we are unlocking all children's channels free of charge from 25 March to 6 May 2020**. For the adults there is also something new from 25 March: RTL UHD with many popular series and live shows.
Since so many live sports events were cancelled (especially the ice hockey play-offs), the April subscription fee of CHF 25 will be waived for all MySports customers. In addition, we are giving these customers a voucher for six months of Sky Show (a value of CHF 89.40).
All MySports Pro customers as well as customers that have subscribed to MySports Pro in the bundle offer with Premium Plus. Customers that take out a new subscription for one of these packages are excluded from the promotion.
You will get a one-time credit which will be automatically recorded in our system.
All MySports Pro subscribers will receive free access to Sky Show for 6 months. If we have a valid e-mail address for you in our system, you will receive an activation code for the six months of Sky by e-mail.
