You watch television with the UPC TV Box, the Horizon HD Recorder or the HD Mediabox

What you need to do

The channel offer will be updated automatically.

If your Box does not receive the new channels automatically, unplug the power cable for 10 seconds and then plug it in again.

If necessary, reprogramme your favourites, reminders and scheduled recordings. Programmes already recorded will be remain on your Box.

Please note: This step is not relevant for the UPC TV Box.
