What deadlines apply to settling invoices?

The payment deadline is 30 days after receipt of the invoice.

What payment methods do you offer?

UPC Business customers can choose from the following two payment methods:

  • - Invoice by post (with pay-in slip)
    You can pay invoices delivered by Swiss Post using the supplied pay-in slip. You can also pay them via e-banking. This is the only type of invoice that is suitable for paying in at a post office or bank.


  • - Invoice by e-mail
    You will then be sent your invoices as a PDF document. Invoices sent to you by e-mail are suitable for making transfers via your e-banking account.

Where can I view my bill?

You can find the online billing archive in the UPC mybusiness portal:


  1. 1. Log in to the UPC mybusiness portal: https://mybusiness.upc.ch

  2. 2. Go to the menu and in the “Billing” section click on “Your Invoices”.
    You now have access to all bills of the previous months and can download them in PDF or Excel format.
    The prerequisite for online billing management is access to the UPC mybusiness portal. Your UPC mybusiness role must also have the permission “Invoicing&Billing”.

eBill: digital invoice

1. What is an eBill?

With UPC Business, your company has the option of having bills delivered digitally. eBill is short for electronic bill. You receive the eBill right where you can also pay it: directly in your company’s e-banking portal.


With eBill you have the following advantages:

  • - Simple: You no longer need to type out payment slips.

  • - Secure: eBill is a proven, reliable system.

  • - Free of charge: Digital delivery of your bill is free of charge.


The former spelling of eBill was e-bill.

2. How can I register for eBill in my e-banking portal?

  1. 1. Log in to your company’s e-banking or PostFinance portal.

  2. 2. Under the e-bill section of your e-banking or PostFinance portal you will find a list of participating billers (former spelling of eBill: e-bill).

  3. 3. Click on “UPC Business” in this list and complete the registration form.

3. I do not use e-banking. How can I register to have the bill delivered by e-mail instead?

  1. 1. Log in to the UPC mybusiness portal: https://mybusiness.upc.ch

  2. 2. Go to the menu and to “Billing”. Then click on “Invoice settings”.

  3. 3. Select “E-mail bill”.

  4. 4. Enter your e-mail address: Make sure that the e-mail address has been written correctly.

  5. 5. Complete the process by clicking the “Update” button.


Done: In the future you will receive your invoice by e-mail bill.


The prerequisite for online billing management is access to the UPC mybusiness portal. Your UPC mybusiness role must also have the permission “Invoicing&Billing”.

4. How can I view my current and previous bills in the online billing archive?

You can find the online billing archive in the UPC mybusiness portal:


  1. 1. Log in to the UPC mybusiness portal: https://mybusiness.upc.ch

  2. 2. Go to the menu and in the “Billing” section click on “Your Invoices”.
    You now have access to all bills of the previous months and can download them in PDF or Excel format.
    The prerequisite for online billing management is access to the UPC mybusiness portal. Your UPC mybusiness role must also have the permission “Invoicing&Billing”.

5. With which permission in UPC mybusiness can I manage bills online?

You need the permission “Invoicing & Billing.” Only the contract holder has this permission. If necessary, one further administrator may have the permission “Invoicing & Billing” if they explicitly received it from the contract holder. For reasons of data protection, the online billing archive is not generally shown in other accounts.
If you do not have this permission but would like to get it: Contact the contract holder or an administrator in your company who has the permission “Invoicing & Billing”.
