What are roaming packages?
With roaming packages you can telephone or surf abroad for less. Valid for a maximum of 12 months after purchase or until the included data have been used up.
How can I see whether the roaming package has been activated?
After ordering the package you will receive a confirmation text message. You can also have a look at your activated options as well as your current usage by logging into My UPC.
How can I see when the roaming package is used up?
When 80% and 100% of the included data have been used up, you will receive a notification. In My UPC you will always be able to see the current usage of your package.
What will happen when the roaming option is used up?
After the roaming package has been used up, you will receive a text message notification. As long as another package hasn’t been booked, your standard tariff applies according to the terms of your contract.
How many roaming packages can I purchase?
You can purchase as many packages as you wish, but a maximum of one Data Pack and one Voice Pack can be activated at the same time.
