HOW DO I ORDER A CONNECT POD?
First install and open the UPC Connect app on your Apple or Android device.
The «Home Scan» function checks your existing wifi and determines whether you need a wifi extender. You can then order a Connect Pod directly via the app.
NOT ABLE TO ORDER A CONNECT POD VIA THE APP?
This means that the wifi in your home is already super-fast and so you do not need a wifi extender.
Should you still be experiencing issues, carry out the «Home Scan» again in a room where you usually do not get good reception.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A Connect Pod is a wifi extender that fits into a 3-pole socket common in most households.
The wifi extender connects to your Connect Box, ensuring super-fast, uninterrupted wifi throughout your home.
Customers with a data package of 100 Mbit/s or more will get their first Connect Pod free of charge.
We charge CHF 5.– per month for every additional wifi extender. If you have a data package with less than 100 Mbit/s, the first Connect Pod also costs CHF 5.– per month. The costs will be listed separately on your monthly bill.
You can order up to 6 Connect Pods.
You can order your first Connect Pod in the UPC Connect app.
To do so, carry out the «Home Scan». If the system recognizes that you need a wifi extender, you can order one directly via the app.
You will carry out the installation in the UPC Connect app.
Click «Support» in the app. Here you will find all installation instructions; including those for your Connect Pod. Now follow the installation instructions step by step to very easily set up your wifi extender.
If your wifi reception still needs improving, despite already having a Connect Pod in operation, please contact our customer service department at 0800 66 88 66.
The UPC Connect app will help you with installing your Connect Box and the relevant accessories, such as the Connect Pods. It also optimizes and organizes your wifi and can connect you to Wi-Free hotspots if you would like it to.
You can easily download the app from the App Store (Apple devices) or from Google Play (Android devices).
