POOR SOUND QUALITY WHEN CALLING A CERTAIN NUMBER

I AM EXPERIENCING A DISTORTED VOICE OR INTERRUPTIONS WHEN CALLING A CERTAIN NUMBER WITH MY LANDLINE

Here’s what you can do:

CALL USING ANOTHER PHONE

Please try calling the same number using a different phone line that doesn't use the same connections, for example with a mobile phone or a different landline, to check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists the problem is likely with the number you are trying to reach. If the issue only occurs when calling from your own phone line proceed to the next step.

There might be a problem with your connection that has to be looked at more closely. In order to do so, please contact us on 0800 66 88 66.
