UNABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS WITH UPC FIXED NETWORK
I AM ABLE TO MAKE CALLS BUT UNABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CALLS
Here is what you can do:
CALL YOUR NUMBER USING ANOTHER PHONE
When you call your number and hear a message such “this number is unavailable” or “this number is invalid”, then please contact us on 0800 66 88 66. If not, then proceed to the next step.
CHECK TO SEE WHETHER THE "DO NOT DISTURB"-MODE IS ON
Please check to see whether “do not disturb"-mode has been activated on your phone. If so, deactivate it by dialing the following code: #26#.
CHECK THE DISPLAY OF INCOMING CALLS
Check the display of your phone to see if incoming calls are displayed. If so, make sure that the phone's ringing volume is not set to "silent" and that no other function for rejecting calls is active. The phone's speaker may also be defective.
