I CANNOT HEAR ANY SOUND FROM THE TV

Here's what you can do:

ENSURE THAT YOUR TV IS NOT ON MUTE

Please ensure that you have not accidentally pressed the mute button or turned the volume of your TV all the way down.

SWITCH TO ANOTHER AUDIO TRACK

If only some channels or even some programmes on certain channels are affected, the issue may be that the language chosen is not available for this channel or programme.

 

To switch to another language, you have to select a different audio track (two-channel audio). Please refer to the manual of your TV set to find out how.
