BASIC TV - CHANNELS CANNOT BE FOUND
I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND SOME CHANNELS
Here's what you can do:
LOOK IN THE CHANNEL LIST FOR THE CHANNEL YOU WOULD LIKE TO SELECT
To view the list of available channels and the corresponding channel numbers, click on the link below and scroll to the section called "Download the channel list for Horizon & Basic TV”.
PERFORM A CHANNEL SEARCH
If the desired channels cannot be found under the indicated channel number, then perform a quick channel search. To do so, please click on the link below.
Note: The order of the channels may also depend on the model of your TV set. This means, for instance, that the National TV channels may not appear as the first channels. To understand where the desired channels are, browse manually through the complete channel list.
