What does the error message mean?

Due to a problem with the server, the channel cannot be shown at the moment.

This is how you can proceed.

RESTART YOUR UPC TV BOX.

  • Restart the UPC TV Box by carefully unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in after 30 seconds.
  • Wait until the box has completely restarted and the transmitters have been reset. This may take up to 30 minutes, so leave the box on.
  • Check if the problem is solved now.
