UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS TO A SPECIFIC NUMBER

I AN UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS TO A SPECIFIC NUMBER WITH MY FIXED NETWORK

Here is what you can do:

CALL THE NUMBER USING ANOTHER PHONE

Please try calling the same number using a different phone line that does not use the same connections, for example, with a mobile phone or a different landline, to check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, then it there is most likely a problem with the number you are trying to reach. If the issue only occurs when calling from your own UPC fixed network, please proceed to the next step.

There might be a problem with your connection that has to be looked at more closely. Please contact us on 0800 66 88 66.
