WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

We are constantly improving our channel offerings to always offer you the best TV experience. To keep you up to date, we regularly inform you of new TV channels that have become available, or about channel updates – and provide you with the new channel lists at a glance.

All updates and changes will only affect the UPC TV Box and will take place automatically. You don’t need to do anything more.

But in case something doesn’t work right, you can find out farther down on this page what you need to do to update your TV manually.

New TV channels

  • 17 new channels for all UPC TV customers

Premium Plus subscription

International language packages

  • The Turkish channel package is being expanded with new channels.
  • Channels from international language packages will now be available to all UPC TV customers.
  • There are channel changes in the Arabic and African language package.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AND WHEN?

Since the channel updates take place automatically, you do not need to do anything more. But if your TV does not apply the updates, please follow the instructions for your TV set. Here is how to manually update your device with the current channel offerings.

Important: You should not perform the manual update before 5 May 2021 (12 noon).
