    I already have a mobile phone subscription from UPC. Can I benefit from this offer?

    Yes, this offer is valid for new subscriptions. If you want to adjust your existing UPC cell phone subscription, please call us on 0800 663 366 so that we can advise you personally.

    What happens when I have used up the included roaming data (for Internet use abroad)?

    Once you have used up the entire roaming data credit, further usage will be charged at the standard rate. You also have the option of buying a roaming package by sending a text message.

    What happens when I have used up my included data for Switzerland?

    You can continue surfing within Switzerland at no extra charge but at a reduced speed (up to 128 kbit/s) once your monthly included data has been used up. At no additional charge, you can still receive and send e-mails, text messages and WhatsApp messages – not including WhatsApp calls and video chats. When you get your included data again at the beginning of the next month, you will automatically use 4G+ speed again.

    If you don’t want to wait for the beginning of the next month and would rather continue surfing at 4G+ speed right away, you can buy a data package.

    Note: Only for all subscriptions that include a limited data volume in Switzerland.

    What is the difference between Internet speed and included data?

    The Internet speed gives information on how quickly you can up- or download data from the Internet (websites, e-mails, etc.). All included data uses 4G+ speed. Once your included data is used up, you can continue surfing at no charge at a reduced speed (up to 128 kbit/s).


    The included data (i.e. unlimited, 10 GB, etc.) is the amount of data you have available at the 4G+ speed. 

    Will I have access to the UPC TV App?

    The UPC TV App is included in all UPC subscriptions. So if you have a Mobile subscription from UPC, you can use the UPC TV App, but with limited functions. You can only use the full functionality of the UPC TV App if you also have a UPC TV Box.

    How will I pay my bills in the future?

    You can continue paying your bills the same way you are currently doing. No changes. You will still receive your bill the same way as you currently do and your bill will look the same way as it currently does.

    Can I buy new products (device, options or rateplans) from UPC?

    No, we are not offering any new products from UPC anymore. However, we are sure to have the perfect offer for you from Sunrise. Please find more information here: sunrise.ch/mobile. Please note that all existing products will remain unchanged and active.

    Why am I not able to order UPC anymore?

    We would like to offer you the best of Sunrise and UPC within one premium brand - Sunrise.

    Does my current contract, product and possible promotion change?

    Your contract, product and possible promotions remain active and the same. The only change: You might notice our new logo and new name throughout some of our platforms.

    In case of question, do I need to contact UPC or Sunrise?

    You can contact us through all contact points of UPC and Sunrise.

    Do existing UPC customers now have a special right of cancellation?

    No. As your contract, product and possible promotinos remain active and the same, you will not have a special right of cancellation.

    I am already a Sunrise and UPC customer. Will I only receive one bill now? Also, will I have access to just one customer account now?

    No. Customers will continue to have access to all products and services – all existing subscriptions and contracts will still be valid. Customers will still pay their UPC and Sunrise bills separately.

    I am already a Sunrise and UPC customer. Will I receive a combination discount now?

    No. There is no combination discount between the two brands. However, with the new Sunrise Up, there are extensive benefits if you have everything within Sunrise.

    I am a (UPC) Partner Network Customer, what does it mean for me?

    Your contract, product and possible promotions remain active and unchanged. The only change: You might notice our new logo and new name throughout some of our platforms.
