RE-SCHEDULE SERIES

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

UPC is renewing the programme information for all TV channels and in the TV Guide in March 2021. This is a technical change. The TV channels will continue to be fully available to you during and after the change.

However, this change means that future series recordings must be re-scheduled, otherwise they will be lost.
This only affects you if you have already planned to record a series. For example, if you want to record your favourite series every Tuesday.

Not affected by the change
The recording of individual films and programmes, existing recordings from the past and Replay are not affected by the change. These can be used and played as usual.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AND WHEN?

If you use the series recording function, please follow the instructions for your TV box.

If do not re-schedule at all or do it at a later time, future recordings of series will be lost.

Just click on the receiver that you use. This will tell you how and when to re-schedule your series recording.

UPC TV Box

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS BETWEEN 16 MARCH AND 23 MARCH 2021:

1. Open the main menu.
Press the Home button on your remote control.

2. Find the planned series recording
Select the "Saved" section and click on "Recordings" to see if you have planned to record a series. If this is the case, schedule the series recording again.

3. Re-schedule series recording
To record these series again, go to the TV Guide between March 16th and March 23rd on the channel that broadcasts the series you wish to record. Search for your series and press the red record button on your remote control to re-schedule the series recording.

Horizon Box

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS FROM MONDAY, 8 MARCH 2021:

1. Open the main menu.
To do this, press the menu button on your remote control.

2. Find the planned series recording
Select the category "Media Library" and confirm your selection with "Ok". Click on "Recordings" to see if you have planned to record any series. If this is the case, schedule the series recording again.

3. Re-schedule series recording
To record these series again, go to the TV Guide from the 8th March on the channel that broadcasts the series you wish to record and search for your series and first press "Ok", then "Record" and finally "This season" as confirmation.

Mediabox

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS FROM MONDAY, 8 MARCH 2021:

1. Open the main menu.
To do this, press the menu button on your remote control.

2. Find the planned series recording
Select "Digital Video Recorder" (DVR) and confirm your selection with "Ok" to retrieve your scheduled recordings. If you have scheduled to record a series, you need to re-schedule this.

3. Re-schedule series recording
To record these series again, go to the TV Guide from the 8th March on the channel that broadcasts the series you wish to record and search for your series and first press "Rec" and then "All episodes".
