How do I use Replay TV?
To activate Replay TV, select the OPT-IN option under "Settings" → "System" → "Replay". From that moment on the programmes from the next seven days will be recorded. Nevertheless you will automatically be asked to confirm OPT-IN, if you start a currently running broadcast from the beginning.
As soon as you deactivate OPT-IN option with OPT-OUT, recording of the currently running programmes will stop.

How do I activate HDMI-CEC on my UPC TV Box?
Provided that your TV set supports the HDMI-CEC function, your TV will switch on automatically as soon as you have switched on your UPC TV Box via the red Remote control).

If you purchased your DigiCard, you can keep it. If you rented it and now want to switch to a new portfolio, the DigiCard will be deactivated. You can also opt for a UPC TV Box multi-room solution for lower costs.
What happens to my recordings or rented movies if I need to replace my UPC TV Box?
Since we offer a cloud solution, your recordings or rented films will not be lost. You can access them with the new UPC TV Box without any problems.
How long are my recordings stored in the cloud?
Your recordings are stored in the cloud for up to 1 year. When you programme a recording, you can select whether the recording should be stored for 60 days or for 1 year.
