1. CHECK WHETHER THERE IS A NETWORK DISRUPTION IN YOUR AREA
Check the service status here and find out whether UPC services are in operation in your building.
If all services are available, then please continue with the next step.
CHECK WHETHER THE CABLES ARE CONNECTED PROPERLY
- Check that the aerial cable is correctly and firmly connected to the back of your TV box.
- Now check whether the other end of the cable is correctly and firmly connected to the broadband socket.
- Please make sure you use the original UPC aerial cable.
