What does the error message mean?

No LAN connection to the modem.

This is how you can proceed:

CONNECT YOUR UPC TV BOX TO THE LAN CABLE

  • Check that the LAN cable is properly connected to the modem and the UPC TV Box. Make sure that you hear a "click" when plugging it in.

If this does not solve the problem, try another LAN cable or connect the UPC TV Box to the modem over the wifi. Important: The LAN cable gives you the best possible connection.

To check the network connection of your UPC TV Box afterwards, click on the gear icon in the menu. Then click Info on the right. Select the menu item “Diagnosis” in order to view the status and speed of your connection.
