DOES AN ERROR OCCUR WHEN TRYING TO ACTIVATE REPLAY?

You can do this:

ON YOUR SCREEN

If Replay activation does not work, follow the instructions on your screen.

This is important for activating Replay correctly. If no messages are shown or the problem persists,
please note the following information.

RESTART YOUR UPC TV BOX

  • Check if all cables are connected correctly.
  • Restart the UPC TV Box by carefully unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in after 30 seconds.
  • Please wait until the UPC TV Box has finished restarting completely and then check if the problem has been solved.
