DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE REPLAY FUNCTION IN THE UPC TV APP?

You can do this:

CHECK IF REPLAY WORKS ON YOUR UPC TV BOX

First check if you can use the Replay function on your UPC TV Box. 

a) If there is a problem with the Replay function on the UPC TV Box, please return to the Replay troubleshooting overview page and select the appropriate topic.

b) If Replay works on your UPC TV Box, there seems to be a problem with the App. Please continue with the next step.

EXIT THE UPC TV APP AND RESTART IT

Exit the App completely so that it is no longer active in the background. Restart it and try to use the Replay function. If the problem persists, please try again later.
