CHANNEL CANNOT BE FOUND
I AM UNABLE TO FIND A CHANNEL
Here's what you can do:
CHECK THAT YOUR CUSTOMER PROFILE IS ACTIVE
Please refer to your customer profile and verify that it is active. You can do so by pressing the button on the side of the remote as highlighted below. This will open a profile window that will allow you to see if you are indeed on your customer profile.
SEARCH FOR THE DESIRED CHANNEL
Once your customer profile is active, please switch to “shared profile” or switch the filter to “view all channels”. Then look for the desired channel.
To find a complete channel list, please visit the link below.
Note: You can use the voice control function to switch to your desired channel by pressing the appropriate button on the remote control and saying the channel’s name out loud.
REBOOT YOUR UPC TV BOX
Check whether all the cables are connected correctly. Restart the UPC TV Box by carefully unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in after 30 seconds. Wait until the box has completely rebooted and then check if the problem has been solved.
