HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
We’re sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your subscription. Of course, we will still be happy to help you with your request.
Please remember that costs may be incurred if you cancel without adhering to the notice period or minimum contract duration.
For cancellations with or without a change of provider, please contact us in one of the following ways:

· UPC mobile, Internet and TV subscriptions can only be canceled over the phone or via UPC Live Chat. Written cancellations by mail, fax or e-mail are not valid. TV options for subscriptions can still be canceled online via your «My UPC» customer account.
· Shortly after cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via mail, SMS and e-mail. Calls are recorded. If you cancel via Live Chat, you can have the chat history sent to you.
· Calls or chats within Switzerland are of course free of charge. If you cancel from abroad, you will be charged the usual call/data fees if calls or data are not already included in your subscription or as part of a roaming package.
