You’re getting a UPC bill for the first time?
YOUR UPC BILL SIMPLY EXPLAINED
The month in which your bill was created is shown here.
Here you can see the bill number, the billing date and your customer number.
This bill must be paid by the date shown here. In general, the payment period for UPC bills is 18 to 20 days.
You can select in My UPC whether you would prefer to always pay your bills the beginning, middle or end of the month.
Outstanding amount from last bill
If applicable, here you can see the outstanding amount from the previous month.
The costs which make up the total billed amount for this bill are listed here. On the next page of the bill the individual cost items are explained in detail.
The bill total is made up of the items listed in the cost overview. This is the amount to be paid.
You will see the bill total and the reference number on the pay-in slip.
Scan & Pay
If desired, you can also scan the pay-in slip and pay it by Scan & Pay. Many online banking apps now offer this function, with which you can also pay your UPC bill.
If you use direct debit as your payment method, you will receive a bill without a pay-in slip.

Subscription prices and additional services
All subscription prices as well as any discounts (e.g. promotional offers) for the current month are listed here.
Other costs and discounts
Any additional costs (e.g. for payments made at the post office counter) and credits from the previous month are listed here.
This means additional costs are not included in the UPC products you use. Depending on the product, this could be e.g. roaming fees or costs for additional data usage.
In addition, all calls and text messages which are included in your UPC products, and are therefore covered, are also listed.
Usage fees are always from the previous month.
Here you can see from which promotional offers or discounts you are benefiting. Your savings are always shown for the current month.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why can’t I open my bill in My UPC?
The bill can’t be opened until 2 days after it has been created, even if it can already be viewed in My UPC with the bill total.
How can I get my UPC bill as an eBill?
For this you need to log in to your e-banking account. There you can activate the eBill function for your UPC bills.
Where can I change my billing address?
Can I change the payment deadline for my UPC bill?
In My UPC under “Bill Settings” you can change your payment deadline. You can select whether you would to prefer to pay your bills at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of the month. The date you receive the bill may also change, depending on the payment deadline you select.
If you pay your bills by direct debit, it is not possible to change the payment deadline. In this case it is always set for the beginning of the month.
