Delivery of your order

We ship the equipment shortly after receiving your order by phone or online.
Usually you will receive the delivery package within a few working days.
Please note: In individual cases the delivery times may be longer.

Did you take out your subscription in one of our shops or service points?

Then you will receive the device directly on site.

Exceptions: 

  • If the cable connection in your property needs to be checked, you will receive the devices by post after the check has been successful. 
  • A technician will bring the equipment if your property is connected to the fibre optic network and the technician needs to activate the connection.
     

In both cases we will inform you about the exact procedure.
